When you place an order at copenhagenbamboo.com, your order is dispatched within 24 hours. We do our best to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same day.

We ship more than 98% of all orders the same day and therefore we can deliver in 1-2 working days. If you have not received your items within 3-5 working days, please contact us, as this indicates an error or delay during transport. The sooner we are notified, the sooner we can investigate and solve the issue.

Free home delivery on orders above £50. For orders below £50 home delivery within the UK costs £6.

We currently only offer home delivery in the UK.

All shipments to the UK include VAT and Duty in the final checkout price, ensuring all duties, taxes, and charges are prepaid. In rare instances, you might still be charged import fees upon receiving your goods. If this occurs, please pay the charges and email us at customer service for a reimbursement.
